Striped blouse

Spring, sunny days, blossomed trees, it all looks wonderful so I had to make a new outfit post. In this outfit post I'm wearing a striped blouse and leather skirt both from Rosewholesale. Stripes are one of my favorite pattern, but you have to be careful when chosing the print. Vertical lines usually make you look slimmer and taller, while the horizontal ones don't flatter your silhouette. But this is not a universal rule, it all depends on how the stripes are positioned, how narrow or wide they are, the material and cut of the blouse/dress/skirt.
The skirt that I got is really cute and has a nice flow, but would have loved if it was a bit longer. Fortunately, it has an elastic band in the back so I can wear it on my hips with a lose blouse on top to make it look longer. But the blouse has a perfect length and it's a bit longer in the back and I love that I can wear it with jeans, skirts, flats, heels, anything.

To wake up in the morning and see the sun shining bright on the sky and the birds singing is such a joy. It makes your day brighter and motivates to get up and start your day. I missed this feeling! About my outfit, not much to say. Just that this dress became my favorite as soon as I got it. The length and the cut are perfect for my silhouette.

Leopard skirt

A while ago I would have stayed away from prints and chose only solids to wear. But lately I'm feeling more daring and want to experiment with colors and prints.The leopard print is one of the most trickiest prints, but the safe choice is to combine it with neutrals. If you want to add a little color you can chose burgundy, navy or emerald. Another thing that you should have in mind when wearing a leopard print is that the printed item should be the main focus of your outfit and that the rest of the outfit should be as simple as possible. I would have changed the scarf that I'm wearing, I wanted a simple brown one, but since I don't have and it was windy and cold, I wore with this one. The skirt that I'm wearing is from Persunmall. I had my eyes on it for a while and finally ordered it.

Burgundy & pastel

Since the last time I made an outfit post, the weather changed drastically. It's been gloomy and rainy for a week with no glance of the sun. 

In this outfit post I'm wearing my new burgundy coat and skirt that I got from Persunmall. About the coat, I wasn't sure of the material when I ordered it, but it's thick and soft and suitable for winter. They also have it on beige, but I chose this one since I didn't have any colored coats in my wardrobe. The skirt is quite cute too, I like the pleats, although it's not cotton blending as it says on the site, more like polyester, but it sits nice on the body and has a nice flow.
